Talent Assessment Lead

Salary: PHP 55,000 to PHP 70,000

The Role

As the Talent Assessment Lead, you will create and implement recruitment assessments that effectively filter top talent. You will work closely with senior management and lead the assessments team to collect and compile data, share findings with various stakeholders, and create standard assessments that measure applicants’ skills and capabilities according to the qualities of a Wing Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluate the current assessment evaluation process and implement process improvements
  • Identify relevant competencies and create tests that evaluate candidates’ abilities accordingly
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of standardized assessments
  • Lead the assessments team and provide guidance and coaching especially on objectivity and properly measuring performance
  • Develop and produce reports measure assessment effectivity and trends to continuously develop and improve the assessments
  • Work and coordinate with the training, quality, and retention teams to identify opportunities for additional assessments or revisions of tests and questionnaires
  • Administer high-volume candidate assessments to vet qualifications and competencies to determine a fit with the respective role
  • Ensure all assessments are in compliance with company culture and quality standards

Schedule: Mid-Shift to Graveyard Shift Philippine Time (flexible)


  • Must have at least 6 years experience administering high volume candidate assessments preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition, at least 2 years of which in a leadership position/managerial role
  • Must have experience evaluating candidates based on competency-based assessments
  • Must have experience creating and implementing assessments
  • Must have experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Must have used data to validate the success of hiring efforts
  • Must have strong calendar management skills, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Must be tech-savvy and have a strong analytical mindset as well as the ability to translate big goals into specific and actionable plans (SMART goals)
  • Must be a confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with any of the following software is preferred: Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho
