Job Description

Talent Sourcing Lead

Salary: PHP 55,000 to PHP 70,000

The Role

As the Talent Sourcing Lead, you will lead a team, plan and execute effective and efficient candidate sourcing strategies, and come up with innovative and creative ways to attract quality candidates. You will work closely with senior management and lead the sourcing team to appropriately source top-tier talent using various platforms and channels, including posting on job boards, online communities, and social media, and establishing formal career relationships with universities and other organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities include especially:

  • Evaluate the current sourcing process and implement process improvements
  • Collect and analyze sourcing channel performance data to drive appropriate budget and resource allocation
  • Drive the design, development, and execution of effective sourcing plans
  • Lead the sourcing team and provide guidance and coaching
  • Develop and produce reports that assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating candidate sourcing activity and quality
  • Manage the sourcing of candidates by having your team create job descriptions, publish job opportunities, and forge relationships with potential talent providers to build candidate pipelines¬†
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
  • Oversee and manage candidate facing social media presence, recruitment marketing, as well as the company profiles and job posts on all sourcing channels
  • Oversee and manage the initial candidate screening consisting of interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements

Schedule: Mid-Shift to Graveyard Shift Philippine Time (flexible)


  • Must have at least 6 years recruitment experience preferably focusing on talent acquisition or sourcing, at least 2 years of which in a leadership position/managerial role
  • Must have experience sourcing through social media (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.)
  • Must have experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Must have used data to validate the success of hiring efforts
  • Must have strong calendar management skills, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Must be tech-savvy and have a strong analytical mindset as well as the ability to translate big goals into specific and actionable plans (SMART goals)
  • Must be a confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with any of the following software is preferred: Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho
