We are looking for a TikTok Influencer Marketer to join a health company in the US. This teammate will manage the end-to-end influencer marketing of the team on TikTok but will eventually expand to other social media platforms and support the rapidly growing partnerships with influencers and advocates.

The Role

• Qualify and source influencers with niche communities (# of Following, Engagement Rate, Feed Posts, alignment with the brand’s mission and guidelines)
• Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of Outreach, Response Rate)
• Templated outreach (daily quota #), responded within a set timeframe, and send follow-up emails to get them needed assets and ensure completion of objectives.
• Manage ongoing influencer campaigns and review the posted content if within the guidelines
• Escalate issues when appropriate regarding influencer contract negotiation and deliverables
• Facilitate contracting process (negotiation, contract execution, brief administration, and link verification)
• Support logistics of getting products to influencers
• Ensure content goes live on time on TikTok
• Get SparkAd code and link to live content to paid TikTok team
• Once ramped, 60+ partners going live per month

The Requirements

• 2+ years of Influencer Marketing experience
• Experience with TikTok as an influencer marketing platform is a must-have
• Experience with Google Suite is a must-have
• Experience with Aspire.io and Lumanu are nice-to-have
• Experience with Asana, Slack, DocuSign, and similar tools
• Familiar with IG and Youtube as influencer marketing platforms
• Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
