Job Description
Virtual Assistant
Our company is looking for General Virtual Assistants, Executive Assistants, Real Estate Virtual Assistants, Social Media Managers, and Virtual Sales Callers to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Document filing and organization
- Email and calendar management
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize managers’ calendars
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Address employee’s administrative queries
- Ad hoc tasks
Executive Assistant
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Real Estate Virtual Assistant
- Contact management and follow a follow-up process for prospective clients in the CRM, handle and manage buyer and seller contracts
Social Media Manager
- Assist on running social media ads / campaigns (FB, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) and effectively Manage Social Media Accounts (content creation, posting, engagement, etc.)
Virtual Sales Assistant
- Reach out to prospective customers and present, promote, and sell products effectively through phone, email, and other social media sites and establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clients
Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)
Salary: PHP 25,000 up to P60,000 month
*salary is based on experience and skills
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience to the role you are applying for.Â
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
- Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Tech Savvy
- Proactive attitude
